Not at all. The sweet spot is anyone 35 - 40+ who has parents they’re worried about, or who has quietly realised their own affairs aren’t in order. If you’re in that bracket, you’re in the right place.
Nope. Life happens. Sessions are kept to 45 minutes - 1 hour (unless its a particularly lively week!) and you can always catch up in the community group afterwards. The replay video link is up for 10 days and your resource will always be available to you.
